"I am very disappointed withy my stay at your hotel. I arrived on Wednesday, July 22nd and checked out on July 26th, my brthday. My room was not serviced the entire visit. I did ask housekeeping twice when the were on the hall to please clean and change the bedding. and to leave clean towels. I expressed my problem to management/front desk twice during my stay. "The Glo Best Western in Sioux Falls is a great value. The location is great in a newer part of town with restaurants, shopping, grocery, a movie theater, and a small casino nearby. Front desk and housekeeping staff are very friendly and helpful. A full hot breakfast is available. Beer and wine are available for a minimal charge.
