Great to have a private car park and the reception staff were super nice and helpful. We were a little sad to find out that the pool was only available for the penthouse, but very much enjoyed our stay."

"clean room, great AC, amazing location for walking, parking was convenient but also a bit scary to get to (legally driving on pedestrian roads is spooky, but they do clearly note and direct you on it so that’s good), if you are planning on taking your car in and out during your stay, maybe seek outside parking. beautiful place with very kind staff, will 100% book again if i’m ever in the area!"

"The hotel was great. Free bottled water, candy on your pillow. Spacious room, good A/C. Even though it was located directly across the street from the cathedral you couldn’t hear the bells in your room. Staff were so helpful and attentive and kind. The beds were typical European beds, so a little firmer than I like but that is my only thing and I still slept well."

The bed was “okay”, but the fitted sheet didn’t fit very well and in the middle of the night they kept coming off… we had to get up and try to put them back on. "It was a bit challenging checking in because we arrived early. The office is several blocks away and doesn’t open until 10. We were able to drop our bags at the office and wonder the city until checking in. The room was awesome, very clean and modern, quiet and secure. The laundry on site was an added bonus. Great central location. Would definitely stay here again."

Breakfast not included and from other reviews it didn’t sound worth paying €15 for so we went out. The only reason I marked it down was the sound of an upstairs room’s bathroom water loudly rushing down the pipes through our bathroom which woke me up a few times."

"The hotel is tucked away between a main street and a nice busy back street but it’s so quiet inside and lovely. The hotel and room are spotless and there are many shopping and food options in a short walking distance. We extended our stay due to an issue with transport and Narly was more than happy to help us out. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Granada."
