"I believe this was once a nice property, but no longer. It is run down and grubby. The HVAC in our room was incredibly loud. Our bathroom door was broken on arrival and had to be fixed. The room does not have a sheer curtain (blackout only). The mattress was rock hard. Pool was unheated. Most disappointing of all, the staff seemed quite annoyed at any request or question. We didn’t get to golf but the clubhouse looks so run down that we weren’t very interested. Also there is an abandoned/rundown property immediately next door which is quite creepy. We would not stay here again. "
"This was an excellent place to bunk up for the week. We has 2 adults and 2 kids and we mever felt like we were on top of each other. Easy to get to and easy to access the Island. Will be staying again!"
"Perfection is the word that comes to mind when I think of our stay. From the complimentary room upgrade (the ocean view was stunning) to the picture perfect hotel and grounds, the experience was magical. Best of all are the staff..so genuinely friendly, helpful and efficient. The Mauna Lani is simply heavenly!"
