We stayed here the night before an early morning flight and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. This hotel is a fantastic budget-friendly option — cheap and cheerful, but also spotlessly clean and very well maintained.
The rooms are surprisingly spacious and well-appointed, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s located right next to Park’n’Fly, which made parking and access to the airport incredibly...

"The managers Aaron and Danny are amazing, professional, yet very friendly. They made sure all our needs were met but allowing us the privacy to enjoy the peace and beauty of the Te Karaka lodge surroundings.
Our meals, prepared by the master chef, Franz were as good as we have experienced in any restaurant . Only the finest ingredients selected by him. Presented beautifully with attention to detail and creating wonderfully unique taste combinations.

Walking into the building, there was a distinct spicy scent.

"An amazing stay! We were long term visitors, staying over a month. We had a fantastic view over the little reservoir nearby, and got to see all sorts of flora and fauna. The two bedroom apartment was well suited for our stay, with Botany Downs Town Centre a short walk away we had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly, and super helpful. Can’t recommend this place enough."

"Overall, very nice. Safe and quiet, close to shops and transport. The only negative wss the hand towel in the bathroom was dsmp shen I used it the first time. Otherwise the room was warm, comfortable and very reasonably priced."
"I chose this hotel as leaving for early flight and was close to airport. Looks a little tired on the outside and was'nt expecting much but the lady at reception was absolutely lovely and helpful with complimentary coffee and very surprised to find a lovely clean room with comfortable bed . Kitchen and bathroom in great condition. Air con, Tv , wifi, would recommend to others"
