The birds seem well cared for with happy lives, the landscaping is pretty, the art collection is beautiful and interesting, the building is wonderful, the rooms are grand, the breakfast is fantastic, the views are breathtaking, the staff are wonderful, and we would definitely all stay here again. "I think this was our 4th stay at the Andaz in the last couple of years (each time we come, we stay for at least a week). Service-wise, the staff is fantastic and most of the staff even remember us from prior visits and are wonderful. I am surprised that the front desk always seems to be overwhelmed. We had asked to be in the building overlooking the adult pool and were told there were no rooms available. Although we had paid for an oceanfront room, the room we received was on the lowest floor and barely had an ocean view. In later conversations with the staff, we found out that the majority of the rooms were unoccupied this week. Although we love the Andaz, we will probably explore more options for our next trip. "
