Close to all major attractions like prem mandir,ISKON temple, banke bihari, easy of parking. Hotel food is good, their buffet menu have lot of good variety and options. Room are clean and staff a are great.

The hotel is very nice. It is brand new so they have a few teething issues, but the staff is super helpful and responsive. I was very pleased with the room as well as the breakfast. Keep up the quality and service.

I stayed at three different places in Vrindavan .This was the best !!! Very quiet, close to the center ( Iskcon Mandir) .Excellent front desk staff. I lost my cell phone,the staff was SO helpful. Especially, Yurjaj... as well as Piyush,and Tushar !!! Manager Sanantan was fabuluos also. Will def stay here again !!! John from California

It is a brand new property in Vrindavan. Very quiet and good. Pool was not open as property is very new. Food is good and rooms are clean.

We stayed for a night. Hotel rooms were decent, however, certain toiletries were not there initially but staff promptly responded to the requests. I also requested for a little late checkout & they readily agreed. I would specifically praise the hotel staff be it front desk, housekeeping, dining, all were very prompt & helpful.

Very nice property and they are trying to give exceptional service. The staff at the restaurant need better training. Every time they handed me any cutlery they would extra clean it with their fingers, and they were not very thorough cleaning the tables, but I would definitely stay here again

Absolutely great hotel for Vrindavan. Clean, well constructed and tasty safe food. I don’t think you could do better. The surrounding area is rough, loud, smells bad and is dirty by Western standards but it is in the heart of Holy places and the staff are wonderful. The hotel offers pleasant respite from the frenetic experience outside. Next time in Vrindavan I will stay here again as we truly enjoyed our stay at Raddison Vrindavan.

Very disappointed

Rooms stink when Ac is switched on. House keeping is bad, staff is not trained well to the level of a 4 star hotel .its ridiculous to see the Exit gate of the property gets operational only after 11am , unmindful of the chaos & inconvenience faced by the guest & the hotel staff is immune to the complains. (still can’t believe the reason… the security person at exit gate comes on duty from 11am ) It looks the management is neither experienced nor professional to run a 4 star property. Needs a lot of improvements to meet the basic standards.
