"Beautiful and quiet. The chef is amazing and our dinner was delicious. The manager/waiter was not so pleasant. I think it may have been a language barrier issue as we don’t speak Italian and he doesn’t speak English and he didn’t have much patience for translating. We also found the men who checked us in were not very welcoming. For such a beautiful hotel the front desk people should be much more welcoming. "Great locarion to explore Stassi, helpful staff, ability to have breakfast in room (not in the main dining area) is a plus. Cave room was great, if you're tall, watch your head. Room was spacious, the bed wooden frame was creaky, with small movements. The worst part was the bottle and garbage collection at 5:30-6 am, every day. Right outside our room, very loud. And unexpected."
