"The location of the property is great. It is close to the main city centre and the beach. However, the cleanliness of the property is concerning. There were ants all over the bathroom. This was brought up to the staff immediately upon arrival, however the staff didn’t do much to help the situation. They said it was “normal for the building to have ants”. As a guest; this is not acceptable and impacts the cleanliness of the room. I asked to change rooms, however staff said none were available...
