"The hotel is not suitable for families with children but rather caters to an adult audience. The service level was poor and the staff were unprofessional. At check-in the reception tried to charge us extra, fictitious costs. These experiences led to a very negative stay. We strongly advise against booking this hotel if you are travelling with children. Unico "neo" sono i bagni che pur essendo molto ampi sono molto vecchi e spesso con qualche problema. Andrebbero rifatti poco alla volta. Per il resto tutto benissiomo e ci torneremo sicuramente.
