"Staff were very helpful, the lobby is historic and impressive, and the rooms are spacious. The property also seems tired (including the shower that at first glance didn't look clean but upon further inspection was just really old and walls are often scuffed), elevators are slow, and there was a loud and pretty inconsiderate convention that was being hosted - lots of public intoxication. Staff are in a tough spot with this and no one wants to be a killjoy, but I hope they can consider standards of conduct and how to enforce them - I saw one conference attendee vomit in the lobby and another said something sexually inappropriate to me."

"Bed was at least clean, room was falling apart, found multiple bugs wandering around, hotel smelt, shower curtain was moldy and the shower wasn’t sealed so it leaked into the room. You get what you pay for i guess"

"I really enjoyed this hotel, the location is great, it’s connected to two great restaurants the breakfast menu choices were great. It’s in walking distance to everything this will always be my first choice when staying at the harbor."

"Hotel was easily located and in the center of Inner Harbor- walking distance to restaurants, CFG Arena, and local entertainment. The common areas of the hotel were clean. The room was mediocre. It had no fridge or couch in a king room, a huge disappointment. The window was very small and there was barely any lighting- it felt like a college dorm room. Did not feel it was appropriately advertised online."

"Sauna was perfect"

"The room didn't feel completely cleaned. I had to wipe down table cause it felt sticky. I think it might have been soda or something. Made the towel have brown marks. Also the flooring was bad. It was coming undone. Tripped over it a couple times, amd the chair leather covering was coming apart. Leaving debris on myself and on the floor. Not really any plastic utensils, limited refreshment choice. Also only off street parking that you need to pay at meter. Would have been helpful to know that ahead of time. Overall, wouldn't go back. We left as soon as I woke up on our leave date. About 7:45am even though check out was 11am."

"The property was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. Can’t recommend mixed drinks at the bar as the bartender, although friendly, didn’t do very well with my cocktail. Food was on point though, and service was just as good. Highly recommend the honey and old bay chicken wings at the bar. Room was clean enough… Found an awkward burner stain on my top sheet but otherwise a very decent stay. I have enjoyed several different indigo hotels and this one was just fine. Although I nitpick a little bit… Nothing that happened would ever turn me off from this hotel chain."
