"Was told by staff “this is not a 5 Star hotel” when I asked for iced water room service. Also, it’s not cool to have regular tv stations only and not offer movie channels. "

"The room itself was clean, however it did not feel very welcoming. It was sterile. Everything echoed. No pictures on the wall or rugs on the cold floor. There were no bedside lamps. The only lighting was the bathroom light and the canned lights in the ceiling. All or nothing. The walls were not insulated. We could hear everything and every noise. Peoples conversations. Any door opening or closing. While it was clean and in a good area, it was not a good place to rest my head. "

"Room was clean. Staff was great but fridge was warm even after request for maintenance to check it and Netflix or other internet apps on tv wouldn't load even after maintenance. "
