"We did not have the breakfast, but everything else about our stay was above expectations. This is a well priced property but is maintained to a better level. We have stayed a few times in the past 15 years and the experience has improved each time we are here. It is in a great spot, too. Close to everything downtown but quieter being off the main streets. We will definitely come back!"

"Breakfast was good and parking was also good. Room had bedbugs. Wife was bitten while I was not. Wife telephoned the management and informed them of that problem in our room number. They were grateful to be informed."

"Like other Motel 6 properties, the rooms were clean. The location was very convenient and close to Solvang. We appreciate that dogs can stay free here. The grass area in front where you can let your dogs relieve themselves could be better maintained. We saw a disposable razor and a few other potentially harmful items tossed there. Other than that, the value for price was good."

"This is a great hotel to stay at. Clean, with comfortable beds. My only suggestion would be to request a room on the opposite side of the freeway. The noise from the freeway is definitely noticeable at night. Free coffee and doughnuts in the lobby are a nice touch!! They give you a coupon for $12 for a drink in the lounge."

"Did not use pool or hot tub. Room was dated and the carpets were stained, it had been cleaned but felt dirty. Our bath tub did not empty easily and clogged up. Oscar at front desk was helpful and moved us to another room. Parking was good , we had no problem finding a spot and lighting was good."
