Bathroom and carpets were dirty. Upon check-in in the later evening the front desk was not friendly at all. Seemed like we were an interruption. Front desk in morning was a bit more friendly but not much. Elevator was pretty dirty. This hotel could really use a makeover."

"The room was clean, but there were bugs in the bathroom had a broken light in the bathroom as well. Also, the first day the shower didn’t work. Management move me to a different room, which was similar to the first. They were a few amenities. No Kleenex, no dresser drawers, no rack to put my suitcase on. TV worked the first night, but did not work from that on. No explanation given. I believe they could’ve been more accommodating and should’ve calmed me the first day due to the bugs in the room...
