Areas where the flooring is becoming unglued, mattresses a little uncomfortable, built up rust and dirt in the tracks of the slider to the balcony. The staff was very helpful and friendly"

"I was just looking for a long weekend away and found a good price for opening weekend (1/4 of the standard summer rate). Room had a musty smell, bathroom floor was visibly dirty, especially when it got any water on it, rug in room looked like it was from a dorm room, and it looked like paint had been slapped on furniture and spots on the wall to poorly coverup how old everything was. The only positive was the staff trying to make sure I was comfortable and had a good experience. They were very friendly and accommodating for what was in their control. I would have been furious if this was the hotel I walked into during full priced summer. "
