"It's handy for some local shops. The room we were given was equipped with a kind of kitchenette including microwave and fridge which would be useful for a stay of a few days. I prefer to stay somewhere which serves breakfast, but we got breakfast at the light railway station opposite."

"Lovely Hotel at the top of Rye close to the church and the castle. "The view from my accommodation and also that of my family members in the two next door was way better than the picture - literally 'tree tops' - looking across the Kent countryside through mature trees. The terrace was perfect for sitting out. The rooms were modern and really lovely, air conditioned, well equipped and with a sliding Japanese style door for privacy when the kids were in bed.
