The Riad was excellent and we were very impressed with the layout and decor. Original features, places to sit and relax and amenities were great too. In hindsight we should have booked a bigger room with in room space to sit and relax in private. From a personal perspective I would have preferred to have my own choice on breakfast, as good as it was a few options would have been better. I really enjoyed the your and nuts but it was not available every day and also the coffee was actually not very good at all. It was too weak and did not taste very good. Personally I did not find the seats comfortable in the dining area they did not allow you to sit and rest your back against the aeat. On the other hand my wife did not have the same issues with seating. Overall our stay was excellent and I cannot find fault in the atmosphere, cleanliness and hospitality of the staff. Staff are what make a stay truly exceptional and they were that and more.

Perfect stay in this beautiful Riad. Staff were very attentive and kind, making our stay memorable. Location is great and the onsite restaurant is superb. We stayed in the Arte Suite, which benefited from a large roof terrace with pool and Cabana. Definitely will be booking again!

They provide a local iPhone for guests to call for assistance at any time, and the design reflects authentic Moroccan vibes with traditional decor and warm colors. The main challenge is finding nearby parking, as it can be chaotic. If you plan to stay exclusively in the Riad area, taking a train from Casablanca Airport and hiring a local driver can simplify your travels. The location is ideal for exploring and shopping within walking distance of many attractions and markets.

Don’t be deceived by their front entrance! This is the best hotel I have ever stayed. The staff is amazing! The receptionists went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The breakfast is delicious, served with style, every detail is well thought out. The staff is smiling and very helpful. Our room had very comfortable bed and mattress. Their spa is also fantastic! We had massages done and it was excellent quality! The location of the property is very convenient and safe all around.

A truly wonderful hotel, team and location, a special place. Mohammed and the team arranged fantastic trips for us, which had been meticulously planned with excellent guides, timings and attention to detail. From the moment you check in, the service is 5 star - personal and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is in a fantastic location, the setting is outstanding whether it’s for dinner or by the roof top pool. Myself and my wife have been fortunate enough to travel the world in many fantastic hotels, this is certainly one of the best. I couldn’t recommend the hotel and staff enough, a brilliant place. The perfect experience in heart of Marrakesh

My husband and I stayed at Hotel 72 when visiting Marrakesh for my birthday, and the experience here was incredible and made our trip so special. Every single person working here from the manager to the waitstaff to the front desk was so helpful and kind. The room we had (it was the suite) was beautifully decorated and very clean. Every evening the staff came in for turn down service left the sweetest treats. They even took the time to celebrate my birthday which happened on the trip. Also, the location is so convenient on the heart of the Medina, and you can easily walk to many locations. I would highly recommend!
