"Logement entouré de cités dégradées. Ce n'est pas un hôtel mais un immeuble dédié à l'hébergement touristiques. Aucune indication extérieure, le numéro de l'immeuble est écrit au feutre. Nous sommes arrivés à 14H30 et comme rien n'est indiqué nous avons cru à une fausse adresse. Nous avons questionnés des habitants des immeubles jouxtant et il ne connaissait pas l'existence de cet "hôtel".
