"It was a great experience in staying for 2 nights at this hotel. Everything that we expected were all here. Our room was great with complete appliance and no issues at all. The breakfast was excellent and I just kept on coming back. This is now a place for us to stay whenever we're in Toronto/North York/Markham area in the future. "Parking is a nightmare. I only got instructions for parking after I checked in. Lobby is on the 12th floor and elevators are touch pad outside elevators. "

"Overall pretty good. Had to change rooms due to a broken window and room smelling like smoke, but the concierge did a great job accommodating us and took us for our word. Room was a bit dated but bed was comfortable. Kind of out of the way from anything fun but free parking was a plus. "
