We didn’t know the pool/Hot tub were down so that was a bummer. But the staff was amazing, friendly, and accommodating. The facility was clean and close to everything. The breakfast was hot and changed often. Our room was great!

The pool wasn't open which we weren't notified of. When we checked in the employee didn't even greet us nor let us know anything... like room number, wifi, breakfast hours, etc. She never spoke except wo say I had to sign using my finger because there was no pen to sign which she also didn't communicate. The rooms were filthy. The lobby was beyond hot. The furniture in the lobby was torn and in terrible shape. We wanted to sit outside under the canopy but the staff was in the bench smoking more often than they were working. The air conditioner worked great in our room and the food for breakfast was decent, that's the only positive aspects of that place.
