As a gold member of Expedia, the hotel has given a special care with the letter from the manager and free soft drinks as a complimentary. The email response from the hotel is very fast and welcome. We are really happy to stay in this hotel."

"Got the top floor rooms that are newly renovated. Clean, spacious, quiet and cool. Rooms included nespresso machine and safe. Great beds and newly renovated bathrooms. Location is perfect and service is friendly. Could not ask more from a hotel really. Avignon is also a great city."

"We checked in at very late hours and discovered that there no light at the kitchen and the bathroom. We called to property manager and he immediately relocated us to the different apartment. The new apartment was on third floor with access to the terrace "
