Mapleton Packages (Flight + Hotel)

Friendly staff, Modern rooms, great restaurants

We've stayed here at least 10 times as it's our go-to overnight Toronto destination. The greatest advantage is are that it has underground parking, fairly spacious rooms, and it's very close to the Eaton center. The facilities themselves are from a past era so while clean things can feel a little tired, the recent addition of breakfast and the ability to spend your morning in the portico restaurant is a welcome addition. For the convenience and location, I'm not sure if you can do better.

Consistently excellent

Upon arrival we were met with very engaging and friendly valet. Check-in was quick and informative. Our room was perfect with a view of the lake. Had a dreamy sleep on a very comfy bed! We will be back.

We were truly wowed by this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. Check-in and check-out were both quick and seamless, and the valet service was outstanding—fast, efficient, and always available when we needed it. The level of service really stood out. We had an issue with our TV, and a staff member had it fixed within five minutes, which was very impressive. The hotel and our room were exceptionally clean, modern, and felt brand new. Everything was well maintained and made for a very comfortable stay. The only minor downside was that the area surrounding the hotel felt a little unsafe, particularly later in the evening. However, this didn't take away from what was otherwise an excellent experience. We would definitely stay here again.
