When we got there, the staff got impatient with questions I asked. They didn't speak English at all. In the room, there was no hot water and it wasn't advertised. The walls are thin like paper. We could hear our neighbors. When I booked the room, I paid for breakfast. When time came to have breakfast, I was asked to pay for it again. Even though I explained the situation to the staff in Spanish, she refused to give me breakfast even though I showed her my reservation. I spoke directly to her supervisor, explained the same situation to finally get the breakfast I paid for (it was two of them). Thankfully I am fluent in Spanish but anyone else would have had issues. When we left the staff didn't even said goodbye. What was advertised was untrue. There was no coffee maker in the room, the table didn't work, the shampoo was like a sample given out to try the brand. Overall, it was very bad for the price.
