A piece of advice for other travelers though, make sure you type in the address of the hostel and make sure it correlates with where it’s at bc I typed in the name and it sent me to another place on the other side of the river. Also the local tram is super convenient and right on the other side of the street."

De kamer was zeer ruim en de jacuzzi was een echt pluspunt om even te relaxen na een drukke dag in de stad. "Lovely boutique-like hotel with very attentive staff. I felt well look after & cared for. My last night I mentioned to the front desk agent that I had an early flight, he said, "Don't worry, I'll get you a coffee". Indeed, when I came down the next morning to check out, he had a little tray with a cup on the coffee table & said, "What type of coffee would you like?" Those types of details make a property exceptional. It had a nice, small spa in the basement (the steam room wasn't working)...

"Fantastic hotel in brilliant location. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a bit different but wonderful and servers were always offering more. We ate in the restaurant on one evening and would highly recommend although there are many nice restaurants nearby. Loved everything about hotel Balthazar and would definitely book again next time in Krakow."

"The property had Air Con, heater great lay out, a kitchenette, fridge, table, comfortable bed, great bathroom. The location was in the middle of everything just walk or take the trams. The main central station is a 30min walk at the most. Uber and Bolt is available. The host maintained communication throughout and the check in and out was easy."
