"Absolutely lovely stay! The room and the staff were fantastic. They went out of their way to make you feel as special as the beautiful suite. The only things I wasn't thrilled about was that you need to enter and exit through the Michelin star restaurant. Slightly uncomfortable if you want to go outside for a smoke in the evening, but the staff didn't make us feel uncomfortable about it. Also, maybe some rugs would help. "Beautiful hotel and brilliant location. Quiet at night but not far from the centre of things. Exceptionally clean. Loved the never ending water machine in reception which also did sparkling water.
