"Great location and room was nice and a good size. The staff were helpful and looked after our bags both before and after check in. The hotel was very busy due to the Take That concert so check in took a while. The main downside to our stay though was that we couldn’t have breakfast as the queue was huge and too long."

"Nice hotel, rooms nice but for me to clostoohobic and no window so felt very closed in."

"😁"

"The rooms are budget style but with the price of a luxury hotel. The bed was comfortable The door to the room felt flimsy, not like other hotels I stayed in, where the door felt solid. WiFi was intermittent, TV did not work. Wanted to check out 1 hour later, was told it would cost extra £10 and further £10 for every extra hour."
