Conveniently located 5 minutes from the train station, the property is gorgeous, our room was very clean and relatively cool considering we were in the middle of a heat wave. The location is incredible and the views can’t be beat. Finally, the team there were so helpful and genuinely invested in our comfort. They went way out of their way to accommodate vegan diets and did an incredible incredible job. Easily in the top 5 of our hotel experiences and could be the top spot. Highly recommended!"

"Very clean room and extremely helpful staff. They helped us figure out the best way to get to the city centre and how to enjoy it. Just note that, if you're coming from the train station at Taormina-Giardini, it is best to get a taxi because the hotel is on the side of a hill and it's a steep climb with your luggage. Without luggage, however, it's quite easy to reach."

"The view and the hospitality. I picked the hotel for location directly across from Isola Bella. Our room was directly facing the island. I love the older Italian decor also. Yes, it needs maintenance but everything was good. Staff were particularly friendly and accommodating. Close to fununcular, beach, restaurants and stores. We did not use bus but the stop was in front of the hotel. Breakfast was also very good."

"The hotel is in a central location, so it is very noisy, which is expected. The rooms are quite small, with dated decor and in need of some maintenance, especially considering the price. The shower is tiny. We had an issue with the air-conditioning, but the owner personally came and resolved it, which we appreciated. The view from our room was lovely, although we couldn’t keep the door open due to the traffic noise. The staff were lovely and helpful, breakfast was good, and the Wi-Fi worked very well. Overall, there are some positives, but for the price, I don’t feel the hotel offers good value for money."
