"The AC unit in my room was awesome. The room had a nice floor, but the bathroom was outdated. I saw on the website where the outdoor pool was available, yet it was not open. According to the front desk, the poo has been closed since 2022? hope to open by the Memorial weekend. The breakfast could be better than just dry cereals..."

"When we checked in there was only one staff member runinning everything. We asked for a manger but there was not one available. We were visiting for a funeral and booked this hotel so our kids could use the indoor pool. We were very disappointed to find out the pool was closed until June when we arrived.There were ants in our bathroom. The hall way is very noisy. We slept with a white noise machine and could still hear everytime a door in the hallway was opened. We have yet to have a good experience at a Wyndam hotel and will be avoiding those after this trip."

"The room and hotel was clean, and staff polite. Bed comfy, towels soft. The breakfast was OK for what we needed -but- I was unable to eat the breakfast in the dinning area after the first 2 days because of the overwhelming and pervasive smell of Lysol and room deodorizers that they were using in the area surrounding the open dinning room as they began their morning cleaning. I appreciate the effort to be clean, but even after I asked if they could wait until breakfast was over before cleaning that area, noting was done. I paid for breakfast I could not eat. Other wise the place was nice. I have stayed her twice before, but not sure about next time with the cleaning product odor during breakfast. Gotta eat."

"The listing add and check instructions all clearly state you have access to the entire property, but in fact you do not. When you request them to fulfill what you were promised in the add, they attempt to charge you more money. The place is beautiful, but the management and listing add are nothing more than willful misrepresentation. And I screen shotted the booking before they change it. The overall experience left a very bad taste in my mouth. Use caution when booking."
