"Great hotel, large rooms, lovely staff and great location in the centre of the tourism area. Really enjoyed our stay a breakfast was included and had lots of choice. Our only problem was the pool was closed for refurbishing for a couple of week which coincided with our stay. We were not aware this would be the case when we booked a couple of weeks earlier. "I stayed two nights and nobody came to clean my room, despite the fact that I hung a "please clean my room" sign outside my door from morning until late at night. I simply informed the receptionist (without even complaining) the following day during my checkout. The receptionist simply stated, "Why didn't you call last night, now the duty person has already left," without sorry or apologizing, and with an unhappy demeanor, as if it were all our fault."

"The location, staffs & room is great but the management have to improve the soundproofing of the building because the music from the fancy trishaw very disturbing. The trishaw is operate until 2.00am. The management also need to allocate a few parking space for the guest and without any cost to be bear by the guest. Although there is a free parking lot provided by the hotel but double parking is a hassle for guests. Guests should leave the car key at the reception to allow hotel staff to remove...
