Staying for 2nites. The staffs are friendly and helpful. I love this hotel simply it is walkable to Jonker street, vegetarian restaurant. The room is clean and comfortable. Perhaps the system can upgrade so that I do not have to visit the counter everyday to inform the staffs my car plate number when I wanted to drive off.

Newly opened and helpful staff.

The hotel was officially opened a week before our stay. The rooms are clean, good view if the ocean and good night sleep. We stayed at the club floor and enjoyed the finger foods & drinks. Friendly, helpful staffs.

Dusit Princess Melaka provided the perfect retreat. The room had a soothing ambiance, ideal for relaxation. Especially the pool was fantastic! My kid enjoy the slides! The breakfast was delightful, with a mix of fresh fruit, Asian dishes, and a live omelet station. We can’t wait to return!

Location is very centralized, walking distance like 15 mins to Jonker. Room is huge and I like their glass bottle of water instead of plastic bottle. The river view is stunning at night. Very peaceful stay for me. Recommended!

Swimming pool and sauna CLOSED for repairs. Nonetheless, front staff made up with early check-in and complimentary breakfast. An overall pleasant 2 nights stay.

Excellent stay, hotel is newly refurbished. Just started operating very recently, staff were all very helpful and friendly. The rooms were big and clean. Fantastic views of the Malacca River. Quite walkable to Jonker Street as well. Having ride my motorcycle there, the parking was safe and secured. Saw frequent security guards patrolling. They were also quick to assist when there were issues with the automatic gantry. Definitely will revisit again. Great stay for riders who are looking for secured parking.

I love their shampoo! It smells soooooo good! So far a great stay and less crowd during weekday in Melaka, we enjoyed so much over here at their breakfast buffet, the swimming pool with two slides (very windy here!) and their gym is super huge overseeing the Melaka city. Enjoying the views from gym and pool! Wish to come back again here for 2 nights to enjoy more in the hotel!

Came to Melaka for business trip and the location is great, easy access to town and a lot of eateries to choose. Breakfast at Zest is a breeze, I personally like their croissant. We also had our lunch buffet at Zest before departing and tandoori chicken isy favorite. Taste overall is delicious and there is a specific booth for teh tarik with old time designed cup and saucer, very interesting. WiFi is strong. Good for business traveller.

Loved this hotel

We really enjoyed our stay at the Dusit Princess. It’s very new but the staff are friendly and eager to help. All the furnishings are of a high standard. Has all you expect from a top quality hotel - comfortable beds, quality linens and great showers. Lots of lovely extra touches, lots of extra amenities in the bathrooms, fruit and water in the rooms - make this hotel stand out. Special thanks to Sofia and the staff in the Club lounge who were excellent. Will definitely stay again when we are back in Melaka!

Melaka retreat and happy to see this hotel rebranding for stay again. It has been some years back staying here and now coming back to try. Breakfast was good, selection is sufficient. I went to pool in the morning and evening. Such a great view to see Melaka Straits in evening. Even from room, Melaka Straits view is beautiful. They gave me a higher floor room. Overall services are good.

We tried the chinese restaurant Long Feng for our dinner. Surprised with the dim sum and fried cod fish, the pomelo under the cod fish made it super delicious. Didn't manage to go for the breakfast as my partner wanted to try local dishes. It is very convenient to call a grab or just walk around the city. We are happy with the comfortable bed and pillows. And their room has a long sofa! Very happy to lie on it and look out on the river with cruises passing by. Wish to come back again next time because their location is really easy for us to go around the city!

pleasant stay in spite of small stain

pleasant hotel, good location, friendly staff. Unfortunately room cleaning service was not as good. there was a small stain on the duvet cover when I checked my bed late at night. Not wanting to disturb housekeeping at that late hour I did not use the duvet. The next morning I left the card to change the beddings on my pillow. The bed was made up nicely when I returned to the room at night but when i checked the duvet cover it had not been changed. However to give credit to the operator, she managed to get the housekeeping to change the cover within 20 mins.
