"Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Ein kleines Problem mit der Klimaanlage wurde innerhalb weniger Minuten behoben.
Alles ist gut erreichbar und in der Nähe des Haram in Mekka.
Das Frühstück ist mit 70 SAR pro Person recht teuer. Am ersten Tag hatte ich an der Rezeption nachgefragt, und die Dame sagte mir, es koste 30 SAR – was ich in Ordnung fand.
Am Morgen meinte jedoch ein anderer Mitarbeiter im Restaurant, dass es 70 SAR kostet.
In der Regel kann man aber auch draußen...
"Easily accessible to gate 79 (kaba entrance). Beautiful, clean hotel with great facilities. Stayed for one night on 26th July 2025 before return to London. Reception staff, and concierge staff were fantastic. Excellent Haram views, with comfortable beds and room facilities.

"أبدأ من التعامل عند الاستقبال ، حيث كان مثالي وراقي ، وإقامتي كانت جميلة ، ما ألاحظه فقط ضيق مساحة الغرف ، وعدم وجود أفياش كهرباء بعدد كاف مثلا لشحن الموبايل وأن تكون في مواقع بعيدة عن متناول الأطفال، حيث أنها موجودة بأسفل جدار الغرفة."
