I had a great stay and the staff 💯 very helpful

Surprisingly we had an awesome stay the staff were all very nice the place was comfortable the property is pretty old but we had a great stay if you’re a light sleeper then it might be an issue because the club / lounge is literally right there and underneath some rooms like mines was but we definitely did not have an issue with this and we slept well the Murphy beds mattress was comfortable , I just wished the lady would of honored a later check out since our flight was in d afternoon but they stored our luggages until we was ready to head to the airport but I will definitely be back next year again

We stayed here in January and I have to say the customer service we received was probably some of the best I have ever experienced, and I travel A LOT. We wanted to upgrade our room, and the staff were fantastic as finding us an option at ocean front, while giving us a rate that we could still afford. And the upgrade was WORTH IT, I highly suggest ocean front. While there we had our baht tub clog up, and they were good to make sure it got taken care of. Our flight home also got cancelled, and it was during the PGA tour so all the rooms were practically full but they worked their magic and found us a room for a night so we didn't have to shuffle hotels or find altnerate options. They were very considerate of our circumstances and gave us a few vouchers. The initial room was had had a walk in closet, 2 double beds and a pull out couch. It had all the ammenities you could want in a room. The pool area is busy, I don't love that Duke's is RIGHT behind you, it is very loud when you area already on the main beach that is busy. But we still loved having access to the beach and usually sat in the shade on the lower patio which was nice. The wait staff at the pool are great, and the nightly music at Dukes barefoot bar was so convenient to have on site. The mall is also right across the street, so it is very close to all things Waikiki. We also loved Maui Brewing happy hour across the street. There is also an ABC and stores downstairs for quick grab items. Highly recommend!
