"I made a reservation for March 14 . Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst hotel experiences of my life.
The room is extremely dirty, the bed looks unclean, and the air conditioner is in very poor condition. The bathroom is disgusting, with a dirty toilet, a moldy and worn-out shower curtain, and insects present.
This level of hygiene is completely unacceptable, especially for the price paid. A hotel should meet basic standards of cleanliness and safety for guests.
I am very disappointed with this stay and would appreciate Expedia’s assistance in resolving this situation, as the room conditions do not match acceptable hospitality standards.

"My daughter and I stayed one night at the Best Western Gateway to the Keys in Florida City, and the experience was very disappointing. We asked if we could check in just 15 minutes early because we had a wedding 35 minutes away, and although the room was already ready, we were told we would have to pay a $30 early check-in fee to enter before 4 PM. The lack of flexibility and customer service was frustrating.
Unfortunately, the room itself was also uncomfortable. The air conditioner was extremely noisy and the room felt damp all night—by morning even our clothes felt slightly damp. Also, floors were dirty as evident of black feet from walking barefoot. Breakfast was just okay, but several items had already run out. Overall, it was not a pleasant stay and we would not choose this hotel again."
