Strålende rengjøring med ofte bytte av håndklær og sengetøy. Stor og familiær vennlighet fra ansatte. Store rom med alt du trenger - kjøkkenkrok med kjøleskap med en liten fryser, (kaffemaskin med kapsler som blir påfyll hver dag), vannkoker osv. God størrelse på terrassen. "Nice hotel. Nice rooms and pool area. Lovely Spa area but shame you have to book and pay for sauna. Normally are free but not a real issue. Gym looks good too but did not use. Very close to shops and restaurants. Staff were very helpful, polite and always at hand. The food in the restaurant and pool area and breakfast, also drinks were all tasty and well priced. Very lovely hotel and spa. would definately recommend and visit again"

"We spent our Whitsun holidays at the JW Marriott Crete with our young kids and had a great time. The resort is beautiful, located right at the quiet end of Marathi Bay. It’s incredibly family-friendly—the staff were amazing with the children, and the kids' pool is perfect since it's shallow, warm, and shaded by a sun sail. "The breakfast everyday was delicious and very fresh! Fresh OJ every morning on the beach can't be beat. Always plenty of food with great choices. The service is top notch - for breakfast and the rest of the day. We got lunch on the beach one day and that was delicious too! And the gelato (although the scoops were a little small). "Hotel was located directly on the beach and has good facilities. The only improvement i could recommend is the staff interaction, especially for the Restaurant Managers at the buffet areas."
