"Hotel itself was little old but it's all cleaned well and the room was spacious.
Staff are super helpful and fulfilled all my needs, very professional and gentle.
Location is 10min walk from station and easy
access.

"A good alternative to staying in Halifax for us while visiting family. Clean and comfy room with a modern feel and easy contact-free checkin/out. Has parking, but we were car free so used local taxis for the most part to/from Sowerby Bridge centre (£10 each way) and also walked a few times (be aware, quite a steep but enjoyable climb, takes around 25 mins). Nice quiet surroundings and good views over the Calderdale valley.

"Our stay was lovely. Lovely cabin, clean and bright. Everything worked. Hostess was responsible and very helpful. The birds singing were just beautiful. We walked miles and miles. Shops not far away at all. Super quiet.

"Great place. The guy at check in was brilliant. Had salmon and king scallops for tea and was beautiful. The Missus enjoyed her fish n chips. Breakfast was excellent, one of the best we’ve had and the lady got us in early cos we had somewhere to go. Couldn’t do enough for us. Will go again 100%"
