"Everything are great. Just the air condition that if you need to turn it on or change the temperature you have to come down to reception at 0 floor and ask them to do it.
The staffs are great and helpful. The room is very clean and clean up everyday."
"We were very pleased with our large open room. It was very clean, great furnishings and not what I expected for a hostel. There is major construction infront (Aug 2025) which did not allow taxi drop offs but a short walk from Parallel Street. Staff were very friendly, extremely helpful. Short walk to the metro (3-4 minutes) Would highly recommend if looking for a budget friendly option. "

"Staff were helpful. They were quick to respond to my needs. They also kept my room clean when I went on day trips. I also had help from a staff when I lost my card key. I was partying late until 5 AM but I showed her my ID and told her my room number and got another card key. Thanks !!"
"The hotel was clean and really well located. An easy walk to placa catalunya. Some nice tapas bars nearby and a really diverse area. It was so lovely being really close to the metro. I think what really made the stay wonderful was the lovely friendly staff they were so helpful. The pool was a great addition too and a welcome do at the end of the day."
