"Beautiful room with luxurious views of Lake Como. Only cons is the lack of walkability and I didn’t enjoy the food at the restaurant. But overall the staff were very accommodating and made it even more special celebration with a beautiful and tasty cake, champagne, and balloons with their birthday package. I loved waking up to the balcony views and the heated pool that I could enjoy even in October weather! Would definitely stay at this hotel again if I return to Lake Como. "

"Nice room, great shower. Handy position for shopping and relatively near the station. The code worked okay and the only problem was at the room door as the handle didn’t work very well and it took us quite a few attempts to get the bedroom door open. Also the TV kept buffering "
