This property is the quintessential French countryside chateau with a castle. The grounds were impeccable. The staff were exceedingly attentive and helpful. Paul was especially helpful to my family and I who were visiting Europe for the first time. The rooms were pricy but it was during the Olympics. The rooms were similar to a motel 6, but the bed was very comfortable and the beauty of the property FAR outweighed the quality of the rooms. The restaurant in the castle was magnificent!

Piscine dans un beau parc, mais trop de monde ! En septembre, chambre climatisée à fond à notre arrivée, alors qu'il fait 24C l'après-midi. A noter, couette peu agréable (synthétique ?) qui fait qu'avec 20C dans la chambre, on a déjà trop chaud... Réception débordée à 15h30

Une chose est certaine, plus jamais !! Un personnel incompétent, très souvent absent, une climatisation qui n’a pas fonctionné du séjour, un technicien qui n’est jamais venu, les femmes de ménage qui rentrent dans la chambre malgré le panneau ne pas déranger, un téléphone défectueux, pas de papier toilette à l’arrivée, très bruyant, un colis livré à notre nom à l’accueil mais l’accueil ne considère pas nécessaire de nous en informé… Vraiment fuyez ! !

C'est un bel endroit. J'adore

Le personnel accueillants, la chambres était impeccable Les parties communes un peu moin mais dans l'ensemble correct. Il n'y avais pas des œufs a la coque au petit déjeuner! J'en prend toujours mais, ce n'est pas tres grave. C'était quand meme sympa. Excellent séjours rien a dir de négative.

Bonne bouffée d’air pur

Superbe séjour avec nos deux enfants en bas âge. Le château est splendide et le domaine est magnifique, belle bouffée d’air pur à côté de Paris. La qualité du service n’est pas a la hauteur de la magnificence des lieux : peu d’explication sur le fonctionnement des différents points de restauration(brasserie, restaurant, grignotte), on nous a appris le samedi soir que nous étions en demi pension à la brasserie suite à un couac de réservation au restaurant. La piscine chauffée n’est pas très chaude et le sauna ne fonctionnait pas. Le bar est ouvert au même horaires que le restaurant et pourrait l’être toute la journée. Il n’y a rien pour se restaurer ou prendre un verre dans le bâtiment où sont toutes les chambres d’hôtel. Le personnel de chambre est rentré dans notre chambre à 15h au moment où les enfants faisaient la sieste…Les chambres sont confortables mais ont du vécu (la robinetterie est rouillée, les caches s’enlèvent, les stores sont défectueux). Bref ces petits détails, pas si graves, entachent la qualité de la prestation et c’est sans doute pour ces raisons qu’il manque une étoile à cet hôtel. Néanmoins nous reviendrons, peut être avec des amis et réserverons un gîte car le Cadre est fabuleux

L’hôtel est plutôt sympa mais à près de 200 mètres du restaurant où est servi le petit déjeuner. Pas sympa le matin sous la pluie. Le restaurant profite de l’éloignement de toute autre possibilité pour vendre une nourriture insipide. A éviter absolument ! Mention spéciale pour le nettoyage de la chambre qui a été fait à moitié : pas de passage de balai pour les miettes par terre. Et sur dire du matelas. Sensé être pour deux c’était l’assemblage de deux petits matelas qui n’avaient même pas la même dureté. Enfin il n’y avait aucune activité proposée.
