"This hotel seems ordinary as a 3-star hotel but the staff is exceptional. The location is great for a night market walking distance on the weekend( I am not sure whether there is a night market on Monday through Friday.) Great shopping both food and others for souvenirs."

"My wife and I live in the province, but about 30-35 kilometers from the city, so occasionally we like to come to town and stay overnight. The B2 is a nice low-budget option that we have used twice. The rooms are very clean and fairly spacious for the price. On our first visit, we had trouble getting the cable TV to operate, but in a different room on the next stay there was no problem. Getting the temperature adjusted in the shower proved slightly tricky, but that was a minor inconvenience. I am allergic to cats, and there are a couple on the premises I needed to shoo away a couple of times, and the entrance to the parking lot is also slightly challenging, but I'd still rate the stay about 8 out of 10 or higher because of the low price."

"This is a very clean and comfortable place to stay in Phayao. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend this place. My room had a view of the famous swamp (nicer than it sounds!) It's nice to stroll around the swamp perimeter around sunset in the vicinity of the hotel."
