"We had a wonderful stay at Makarem Al Burj Al Madinah and it was by far the best hotel we stayed in during our trip.
From the moment we arrived, every member of staff was friendly, welcoming and always greeted us with a smile. The check-in process was quick, smooth and completely hassle-free, making us feel at ease straight away.
A special thank you to Haneen (I hope I have remembered her name correctly), who was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She took the time to provide us with a list of recommended places to visit for Ziyarah, which was greatly appreciated and made our stay even more memorable.
The rooms were spotless, housekeeping was exceptional throughout our stay, and it was a lovely touch to have complimentary drinks provided in the fridge.
The hotel met every expectation of a five-star experience. The service was outstanding, and we genuinely had nothing to complain about.
The location is another huge advantage. It is only a short walk from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, with easy access to the ladies' entrance, making it especially convenient for families and elderly visitors.
