"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay at Novotel Madinah I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Madinah and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah. From the moment we arrived, the experience was outstanding. Check-in was extremely smooth thanks to Hana, who was friendly, welcoming, and professional. She made us feel valued from the very beginning and set the tone for a fantastic stay. The hotel itself is modern, spotless, and equipped with all the amenities you could need. The Elemis bath products were a lovely touch and added to the luxury feel of the stay. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Haram, with convenient access to the women’s gate, making visits to the Prophet’s Mosque incredibly easy. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every member of staff greeted us warmly with a smile and went out of their way to help. However, the housekeeping team deserves special recognition, particularly Mohamed Rakib on the 5th floor. He was absolutely exceptional—the kindest and most thoughtful hotel employee I have ever encountered. He regularly checked in to see if we needed anything, ensured we always had enough water, offered to change our bed sheets, and maintained our room to an impeccable standard. His attention to detail, genuine kindness, and dedication to guest comfort made a lasting impression on us. He is truly a credit to the hotel. We will definitely be returning here again."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the amenities were excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. The location and overall atmosphere were great, and we truly enjoyed our time here. The only downside was that, considering the room rates, breakfast was not included. It would be a great value-added benefit if the hotel offered complimentary breakfast for guests. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to others. Thank you!"

"The room had really old furniture, the shower cabin co ered 20% so the bathroom would get after shower. Besides that price was perfect for the location. Also the breakfast was GOOD!"

"Clean room, good staff, good breakfast, bin dawood shopping mall is in same hotel complex. A bit confusing when you enter the hotel, as the reception is at mezzanine floor. There are two towers, north side and south side. Lesson learnt: If you keep door opening access card alongwith phone, than the card is deactivated,"
