"On arrival we were unable to access the property and had to wait for another guest to let us in. Smooth check process thereafter, Michael receptionist lovely and welcoming. Property description is not entirely what it seems as whole chalet is a bit miss leading, the rooms are part of a large building and spacious, clean rooms. "The hotel was clean and we had a warm welcome at reception. The decor is dated, but signs suggest that the carpets would be replaced soon. Walking to Arundel was possible, but hampered by the area around the hotel not being pedestrian friendly."

"Everything about this hotel is excellent, staff all very helpful especially the manageress and receptionist, very clean . It has parking which you do pay extra for but well worth it, it has only been reopened since April whilst being closed for 6 years, you wouldn’t know this unless being told, it is obviously a project for the owner and manageress who has so much compassion and commitment to the hotel and making sure you are happy with everything and if not she will get it sorted as does the lovely girl on reception,so close to the sea , bus routes and is perfectly positioned for all your needs. I don’t feel happy about writing such a good review as I’m sure when we book next time the price will be so much higher, but I would just like to thank all the staff for a fabulous stay 10/10, can’t wait to come back"
