"Our room didn’t have a fridge which was a problem because we brought food with us. The shower didn’t work so the maintenance guy had to come to our room and attempt to fix it. It actually fix it he needed to shut the water off and disassemble the unit so we couldn’t use the shower more than 1x before the problem came back. The heat vents rattled every time the heat cycles on which was often. The cook didn’t show up so there was no breakfast option both days and we were charged for it. Overall it was not a good experience. We won’t be back."

"The air only goes to a certain temperature in the room then it cuts off .Some staff are friendlier then the other ones .Rooms are alwaya clean no issues there "

"The property was clean, rooms well maintained and very quiet. Perfect for rest and convenient to restaurants and other needs."

"Whilst the room was fine the advertised breakfast was non existent in the morning all that was available was coffee but also no milk or cream and an empty fridge in a reception with no staff to talk to. Fine for a bed and shower, amenities were terrible."

"The room had ants, the door keys stopped working from the exterior and it had to be replaced more than once, we had to request housekeeping, and when they did come, they never change the sheets or swept the floor. When call down to inform all they said was sorry will add you to the rewards program. Housekeeping took hours to clean the surrounding rooms near us and we’re very loud and obnoxious."
