"room was clean, the bathroom was quite large and also very clean! the staff was extremely kind and answered all our questions. the provided breakfast every morning was simple but delicious, and bonus points for it being buffet style! it was very close to both the train station and the main market in aguas calientes, with the bus stand to machu pichu being a 10-15 min walk away in the morning. they also have an elevator in the building, which we weren’t expect but was very nice to not have to...

"Comfortable bed with a great view of the river and mountains. The jacuzzi bath was a nice touch after a day of travelling.
Good shower and spacious room.
Breakfast room has a wonderful view also- buffet is fine, good choice, nothing spectacular. Hotel is well located for train station and for catching the bus to Machu Picchu.

"Wir wurden am Bahnhof abgeholt und zum Hotel begleitet.
Es liegt ganz am Anfang von Machu Picchu Pueblo oberhalb des Bahnhofs.
Deshalb kann man beim Frühstücken oder Abendessen die ein- und ausfahrenden Züge beobachten.
Die Anlage ist sehr schön und ruhig.
Wir hatten für Machu Picchu einen Guide vom Hotel gebucht und hatten mit Wilfried einen sehr schönen und informativen Nachmittag. Er hat wunderschöne Fotos und Videos von uns gemacht und kannte die besten Aussichtspunkte, Danke...

"I booked a river view room but the hotel didn’t reserve the room for me and it’s sold out which is very disappointing. The staff member helped to find another room in another hotel which under the same owner. I also booked a tour guide through the hotel but the reservation didn’t register at all and had to arrange the night before in a rush.
