"The staff was co-operative and helpful but the hotel is on a noisy street. The location was convinient to the train station and bus stand but couldnt sleep both the nights that we were there. Kids yelling till midnight in the lobby. The rooms were congested, wouldnt recommend it to anyone staying there."

"My family and I booked our stay and had a horrible experience. Check in took at least 30 mins due to the rooms not being ready in time although I notified the property of my arrival time and arriving well past the posted check in time. There was no hot water at any time of the day, and it was so loud that we barely slept. The worst part was finding a toenail in our bed that did not belong to us. The only positive thing of this hotel was the location. Stay at your own risk."

"For the cost it was okay. It just isn’t ideal for a place of rest. The neighbors and sound is really easy to hear if someone is passing by or making noise above you. It was hard to get rest we woke up everyday at 6 am being bothered because the noise. I would say breakfast was good for what it is as well. The service was really good! It does take the wind off of you walking up the stairs to get there but ideally it is cute. I would have preferred another hotel because bugs kept getting in our...

"We had a room facing the train station and it was so loud late into the night and early in the morning. The fumes coming from the train were so intense and nauseating. We kept the windows and curtains closed to help with the noise and fumes, but that didn’t help."

"Someone was in my room when I arrived. The hotel wanted him to go but I don't want a room that is not clean. They gave me another room but the hotel had no water at first then no hot water for the duration of my stay. The light outside the room was not working so I had to use the light of my phone. It could be a nice hotel but need bit of work."
