"We enjoyed our stay. The room was lovely and the location great. Lots of restaurants to choose from - but can be challenging to book a restaurant . If only there for a week you may not be able to visit each restaurant. We managed it through a lot of careful planning and accepting very late reservations."

"We had an absolutely incredible stay here! we spent nine nights here and it was nothing short of perfect. It was for our honeymoon and as a lesbian couple, we felt very safe and welcomed here. The Beach Club was THE favourite spot for us. And we recommend getting the Bali bed at least once. the breakfast buffet was wonderful and the treatments at the spa were so relaxing and really made us feel special. We went in the beginning of October and the weather was absolutely perfect. Zero rain the entire time we were here! Only one thing to note that if you are wanting to do tours, most of them come out of Finch so as we didn’t rent a car, we were constantly taking both to and from Funchal so if you can renting a car is nest for seeing the island. Can’t wait to come back one day!"

"Ocean view with balcony , was disappointed there was almost no local fruits and foods . Rooms were very clean , nice bathrooms , but hallways you could see lots of dust and dirt . Pool area great well maintained clean ."

"Hotel was nice, staff were friendly, massive room, bathroom needed a little modernisation but other than that was great. Pool area had plenty of seating but the sun beds were short and uncomfortable. Breakfast options were extensive, plenty of choice for vegetarians! Bar was a little expensive but great during happy hour. Location was spot on for walking and pick up/drop offs. We had a lovely stay!"

"When we checked in the room we were given had a broken door so we were moved to another room. The room we were changed to was not the same as what we paid for. We paid for a double sea view and had a corner view instead. We made the best of it. We enjoyed our stay and the nightly entertainment. The buffet had a different theme each night which was nice. The poor area was clean and had plenty of lounge chairs. The beach and ocean are right there with lounge chairs and umbrellas. There are 2 onsite restaurants which are included with your stay. We only ate at one of them and the food was very good. The resort is very family friendly and has a lot of amenities geared to the children. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it."
