"A new hotel made out of older Beirut apartment block is in a very nice neighbourhood and has a personal touch and presense. Nice boutique atmosphere."
"The room was spacious with a city view. There were also two complimentary small lebanese sweets and crackers boxes and a big fruit platter.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Mr Mohamed and Mr Fadi at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Special appreciation also to Mr Rabih Nader whow accompanied me in the early morning to find an ATM machine before our travel. They were all very helpful and extra friendly.
Would definitely recommend it."
"Nice place, helpful staff, very clean and well-kept rooms. Room was very simple/basic but clean and excellent price. The location is far from downtown but very good if you want to visit the Dahiye, and is also very close to Badaro. Place is easy to find as it is close to the highway and "Alaamira Furnished Apartments" is written in big letters on the side of the building.
The only downside was the room is a lot smaller than the pictures/details show when booking, and the details online say there is a cooking facility when actually there was only one portable gas hob that was not connected to any gas supply so I couldn't use it. Also the shower is cold water - to be fair there is what looks like a hot water tank in the bathroom but I couldn't figure out how to work it. I did not complain as it was summer and it was nice to have a cold shower, but in winter might be an issue.
But for such a low price it is still very good value for money in my opinion. If you're happy with just having the basics (toilet, cold shower, clean and soft bed) I would definitely recommend. There is also a TV and a fridge but electricity is not 24 hours (usually goes off during the night)."
"I love this hotel. This is where I stay in Beirut as it is perfectly located in a safe and extremely walkable area. I love the staff here, so kind and attentive, you will love this hotel "
