"Having two building, and not making it clear that the pool is in one and breakfast is in another was really not something that made us happy. That being said, the blond lady that tended to the breakfast station both morning might have been one of the friendliest and helpful hotel employees we’ve had in as long as we could remember. My wife and daughter went separately from myself for breakfast both days, and on our drive home, we both brought up how excellent she was. Would really mean a lot if whomever reads this shares how pleasant she was to interact with in the morning"

"The walls in the bathroom had been repaired and painted over. Black hair was found in the bathroom and the bed. The room had a musty smell to it and the walls were not very sound proof. "

"The hotel is currently under construction/ which is understandable and happens from time to time. However what is not understandable is there that there was terrible communication about this, and little or no signage giving directions where to go. "

"Parking is an issue. If you check in at dinner time no way to get a parking to the hotel as the restaurant is busy and customers take all the parking available. Should be dedicated parking for hotel customers. There was a large group booking and my room was right beside the group. Very noisy. Very disappointed that I was not able to move room. Hotel should think about putting the groups on the same level and the lowest level so they don’t disturb other guests."

"Good size room. Breakfast was great. Over all great experience."

"The original room we were given had an awful smell and was generally just dirty from the window sills to the bathroom. We complained and asked for a new room, the receptionist informed us that there was no more king rooms left, but ultimately upgraded us to the Honeymoon Suite free of charge. Honeymoon Suite was cleaner and didn’t have a smell to it. Staff was helpful but rooms were not great."
