"Room was good with a large terrace outside. Hotel is very nice and has 3 lovely restaurants. Breakfast is extremely good with many options both hot and cold. Reception staff are helpful with taxi pricing and ordering taxis. This is our 2nd stay here and both times have been wonderful - right on the banks of the Nile. "

"Excellent stay at the Tolip Hotel. I stayed for two days over the Christmas holiday and would definitely stay again if I visit in the future. The location is very convenient, the staff are warm and friendly, and the food was amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed both my Christmas Eve dinner and Christmas Day dinner. The rooms are impeccable—very clean and equipped with all the necessary conveniences."

"Clean room, nice pool overlooking the Nile. Multiple good food options including an Italian place, traditional, Egyptian dinner, and breakfast buffet. Live music inside the main courtyard during the evening was pleasant. Good shopping options within the resort. short cab ride to both the temples is an added plus"

"Very historical, well placed property. Beautiful gardens and pool (the biggest gardens in Luxor). Great location - 5 minute walk to Luxor Temple. The facilities are a little dated, and there is no gym or spa, but it’s the best hotel in Luxor and the staff is fantastic"

"Rooms are clean, buffet breakfast great-they have a huge selection, eggs made to order, coffee machine that makes latte! Big front reception area, they xray all luggages. They have an on site travel/tours company & booked our trips on the spot for the next day with no issues. Restaurant was just ok but the bar was great. Restaurants & shops near within walking distance. Pool closes at sunset."

The hotel arranged a local guide, named Hamatto who was just excellent. He is an Egyptologist and gave us so much back story of ancient Egypt. We loved our tours with him!"
