I got sick while in Lugano and spent a couple full days in my room. I was so grateful to be at this hotel. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful and the room and beds very comfortable. Palace Hotel
Perfect location! Staff is lovely! Clean rooms! We had a beautiful view of the basilica on the back of the building! Breakfast is great too! Would most definitely will stay here again!
