Great room - hotel a bit too busy

Overall a pleasant stay. Location was good - about 1 km from the old city centre in Lüneburg and with a nice park area just outside the hotel. Our room (suite) was very nice and spacious. It was located at the far end of the corridor which may explain the very poor WiFi - we never managed to get a connection. Hotel seemed a bit too busy/crowded. Long line at check-in - long waits for elevators - crowded breakfast restaurant - etc. Staff was friendly, though. And then I missed an electric kettle or other ways to make a cup of coffee in the room. Do german hotels not have that?

Frühstück okay, aber leider ohne frisches/geschnittenes Obst, sonst sehr reichhaltig. Personal beim Frühstücksbuffet etwas muffelig. Man muss als Gast schon eher zuerst grüßen ;) Und sich vom Kellner auch dreimal gegen den Stuhl rennen lassen… Zimmerfenster kaputt, Klappfenster konnte nicht geschlossen werden. Auf dem Balkon halten sich die Tauben auf (morgens laut). Ein Wasserkocher laut Gäste-Hinweis an der Rezeption verfügbar, aber auf Nachfrage dann doch nicht verfügbar. Im Badezimmer fehlte der Perlator im Wasserhahn, Wasser lief also auf den Waschtisch. Reinigung der Zimmer nur auf Nachfrage. Das finde ich okay, wenn man nur 1Nacht dort ist. Aber bei 3 Nächten fände ich es selbstverständlich, mal durchzusaugen. Schade für bis zu 160€/Nacht. Hier muss dringend die Instandhaltung & Service ran! Positiv: Nähe zur Therme -> direkt gegenüber! Parkplätze ausreichend verfügbar für 10€/Nacht.

Leider ist das Seminaris ohne großartige Renovierungsarbeiten übel in die Jahre gekommen. Das ist sehr schade, weil es einen hervorragenden Standort zum Zentrum hat und viele Menschen aufnehmen kann.

Habe um rund 24.00Uhr, obwohl ich mich schon Mittags gemeldet hatte rund 14.30Uhr an der Rezeption, war das Hotel geschlossen und konnte ich nicht rein zum Zimmer. Nach fast 3/4 Stunde warten kam endlich der Nachtportier um den Eingangstür von der Rezeption aus elektrisch zu öffnen. Keine Entschuldigung nichts! Finde ich sehr schlecht.

Fangen wir mit dem Positiven an: gute Parkmöglichkeiten unter dem Hotel (aber: 10 Euro/Nacht), Citynah, großes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, direkt an der Salztherme Salü Negativ: Schlechter Instandhaltungszustand, fremdes Haar auf dem Kopfkissen, allgemein nicht gut sauber, keine Annehmlichkeiten außer Seifen- und Duschgelspender, man kann definitiv erst 15 Uhr einchecken (da waren andere Hotels bisher jedes Mal - wirklich jedes Mal! - kulant)

Vi bokade sviten men blev besvikna på inredningen. Soffor och soffbord var mycket låga, va 20 cm från golvet. Ingen instruktion till bubbelbad och ångbastu på toaletten. Trevlig personal i lobby och restaurang.
