Man muss 15 Euro Strafe zahlen, wenn man nach 18 Uhr ankommt! Kein Empfang im Hotel, außerdem ist das Personal schlecht erreichbar. Kein Frühstück bei einem Preis von 135 Euro pro Nacht. Sehr unangenehm!

Warnung vor dem Kleingedruckten: Preisbetrug!

Der angegebene Preis hat sich um 43% bei check-in erhöht. Viel Kleingedrucktes, mit dem Expedia und/oder der Hotelbetreiber einen über den Tisch ziehen: Tourismusabgabe plus Reinigungsgebühr plus Handtücher/Bettlaken plus extra Hotelgebühr pro Nacht: all dies sind entweder Basic-Hotelleistungen oder nicht wählbare Zwangsabgaben, und gehören zwingend in die Preisberechnung. Eigentlich ein sehr schönes Hotel in einer sehr schönen Stadt. Es blieb aber das Gefühl, finanziell reingelegt worden zu sein.

Gemütliches Gästehaus nahe Fußgängerzone

Kleines Gästehaus in zentraler Lage, nahe der Altstadt. Unser Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns mit vielen Insidertipps versorgt. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und würden bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Lüneburg wieder hier übernachten wollen.

Es werden jede Menge Extrakosten erhoben, die nicht vereinbart waren. Expedia kümmert sich nicht um die Beschwerden des Kunden. Der Vermieter hat kaum Zeit und reagiert erst bei Androhung juristischer Schritte.

Zimmer mit vielen Nebenkosten

Die Lage des Hotels und das Zimmer waren in Ordnung. Wenn man aber zu dem günstigen Zimmerpreis rechnet dass er ohne Frühstück ist und dann noch Endreinigung von 15€ und Hotelgebühr von 16€ dazu kommen ist er eher hoch für ein Dreizimmer-Hotel einzuschätzen. Dass uns aber noch pro Person 20€ für die Wäsche des Doppelzimmers in Rechnung gestellt wurden war weder vertraglich vereinbart noch haben wir jemals weltweit für Bettwäsche und Handtücher extra bezahlen müssen.

Übernachtung im Gästehaus am Wasserturm

Grundsätzlich nette Zimmer, auch der Vermieter war zu Beginn freundlich, leider wurden dann zusätzliche Gebühren in Rechnung gestellt, ohne dass diese vereinbart waren. Auch nach direkten Bemühungen noch vor Ort die Missverständnisse zu klären, buchte der Vermieter einfach erhöhte Beträge von unserer Kreditkarte ab. Dies machte unsren Aufenthalt leider zu einem unschönen Erlebnis in Lüneburg. Schade. Trotzdem schöne Stadt! ;-)

Dårlig stil - alt for dyrt!

Værelse var booket til 95 euro for én nat - ikke refunderbar - last minute. Ved ankomst blev gjort opmærksom på, at der i tillæg skulle betales 2 x 10 euro for sengelinned. Ejeren ville undersøge hvad vi havde booket, og så vende tilbage. Under vores besøg blev vi så kontaktet pr. mail af Expedia (Hotel.com) - vi skulle reagere straks, der var tillæg på i alt 38 euro i forhold til det bestilte. Jeg havde forudbetalt 100 euro til ejeren, for at komme ud i byen, og undgå mere tidsspild. Efterfølgende har jeg modtaget en opkrævning på 138 euro, altså nu også med "early check-in" gebyr på 5 euro. Hvis man bestiller til 95 euro TOTALPRIS - så er det sådan det er. Og så vil man da ikke spilde sin tid på mails og andet, når nu man har bestil via Hotels.com Det er ikke de ekstra penge der gør forskellen, men det blev til en meget dårlig oplevelse. Ejeren er uden situationsfornemmelse - det handler kun om (ekstra) penge. Det gør vi absolut ikke igen. Har været i Lüneburg 2 gange tidligere indenfor de seneste 2 år - her var alt perfekt.
